QUALITY POLICY

The Management of INFORTEC recognizes that the achievement and continuous improvement of quality in the services it provides is a primary objective for the company, and therefore assumes the responsibility of defining, implementing, and maintaining a quality policy that makes its objectives possible. The Management declares its commitment to providing services that satisfy the quality requirements of its clients, the applicable standards and regulations, and the quality levels established by the company itself.

INFORTEC is a company specializing in the design, development, and services of information systems for organizations.
Our mission is to improve the competitiveness of our clients by developing solutions or providing IT services that enable them to be more efficient. Our vision is to be a national benchmark company in the area of IT services, in the quality of our products, and the efficiency in the management of our projects and services.
In the path that encompasses our mission and the achievement of our vision, we have defined values that we want to share, and that allow us to develop a company culture, a way of working and making decisions, and an identification of talent with INFORTEC.

At INFORTEC, our priority is to always comply with the current legislation of the outsourcing and IT services sector, as well as the applicable legal requirements. This conception is assumed by all the company’s personnel, who are aware of their participation and responsibility to contribute to obtaining quality, which will be a characteristic in all activities carried out in the company.

The Management of INFORTEC establishes the following as general objectives of its Quality Policy:

  • That the technical, human, and administrative resources available to the company and involved in the quality of its services are correctly organized and controlled.
  • That the organization and control is oriented towards the reduction, elimination, and prevention of deficiencies in quality, so that it is a logical consequence of the service provision processes and not obtained by the rejection of non-conforming services.
  • Satisfy the requirements demanded and agreed with clients.
  • Maintain future expectations, increasing the range of services if necessary.
  • Evaluation and improvement of our costs.
  • A fundamental objective will be to obtain recognition from Certification Bodies.

Our policy includes the purpose of continuous improvement, bearing in mind that we must do everything possible to anticipate the needs of the client. Annually, the Management of INFORTEC will establish and disseminate to the department heads objectives and commitments in terms of quality.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Infortec Consultores S.A, in its eagerness to satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients, puts into play all the necessary resources to establish an Environmental Management System based on the requirements established by the UNE-EN-ISO14001 standard, in order to have an optimal level of satisfaction of its clients and stand out within the consulting companies for its environmental commitment.
All this environmental policy is based on the following principles:

  • Environmental management is a strategic element for the operation of the company.
  • There is a firm commitment that our actions and services comply with the legal and regulatory requirements established, and to strive to be more demanding with these requirements whenever possible.
  • We are committed to understanding the current and future needs of our clients, satisfying their requirements, and making an effort to exceed their expectations.
  • We are committed to planning our activities in such a way as to ensure the prevention of pollution, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of our environmental behavior.
  • We will minimize the environmental impact of our activities, placing special emphasis on waste management, following the philosophy of reducing, reusing, and recycling our waste, and when this is not possible, giving them the final destination that ensures a lower impact on the environment.
  • We have a firm commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Environmental System and the relationships with our clients.
  • We will communicate the commitments acquired with the environment to all our employees and to any interested party that requires it.
  • We will create the appropriate work environment for staff to get involved in achieving the organization’s objectives.

The necessary mechanisms have been established so that the described Policy is known, understood, and put into practice throughout the organization.
